PRACTICE SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday - In the wrestling room from 4:10pm-6:15pm (end times are approximate)
• Any Saturday 8:00am-10:00 am that we do not have a scheduled competition.
Parents/Guardians need to excuse their wrestler if they are going to miss practice for any reason - Coach Ham: 503-679-6793 or "Remind"

• Wrestling is a No-Cut Sport - You Sign Up - You are On The Team - Our Expectation is once you Sign Up - You are Committed for the Entire Season.
• We Will Practice Everyday - In the wrestling room from 4:10-6:15pm (end times are approximate)
• We Will Practice at 8:00am - Any Saturday That We Do Not Have A Scheduled Competition.
• Parents/Guardians need to excuse their wrestler if they are going to miss practice for any reason - Coach Ham: 503-679-6793 or "Remind"
• Appropriate gear for practice would include T-shirt, Gym shorts, wrestling shoes... we will provide Headgear & various sizes of shoes are available
• Please sign up for "Remind" a program used to communicate quickly & easily with an Individual, the Team, or a Group.

• We expect all wrestlers to participate through the state tournament - It is imperative that the team supports the State Qualifiers through the end of their/our season.
• Reasons for missing practice - There are no good reasons to miss practice - Find a way to make it! - If practice is missed - has to be excused by you parent/guardian.
• All Wrestlers are eligible to earn a Varsity Letter! - Letters are awarded through Perfect Attendance, Scoring Points in Varsity Contests, Placing in the District Tournament.
• RECRUIT, RECRUIT, RECRUIT!!! IT IS ALWAYS MORE FUN TO COMPETE WITH YOUR FRIENDS!!!!
• Any Parents/Guardians interested in helping plan, organize, implement activities that benefit our program over the course of the season - Please Contact Me!!!
